Our story begins in 1988 in the West University neighborhood of Houston, TX. It was here where where we opened our first store, Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, and started as the neighborhood burger joint. Since then, Adair Concepts has become one of Houston’s premier restaurant groups and home of Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, Los Tios Mexican Restaurants, Adair Kitchen, Adair Away, Adair Downtown, Bebidas Coffee Juice & Bites, Betsy’s at Evelyn’s Park, and Eloise Nichols Grill & Liquors. Staying true to our roots, we are family owned, passionate about quality, and being a part of our local neighborhoods.

Opened at the end of 2021, Adair Away is a coffee shop located on the second floor of the Williams Tower in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. Serving Right Side Coffee, we specialize in all things coffee. With friendly, quick staff, we are sure to have something to brighten your day!
